Win2000 Error

i want to add user to a group on a win2000 stand alone server,when i click
add,i show error message below

Oject Picker cannot open because no locations from which to choose objects
could be found

Can anyone help me ,THANK YOU!

Sounds to me like riched20.dll is missing from the system32 folder.
