get error when add user to a group

I have a cluster plateform with two win2000 advance server
and a shared external storage.

We install AD and DNS server on one server, and replica to
another. And it work normally for a long time. But today I
got a trouble when I try to add a user to a group on the
replicated server, and got the following message:
"Object Picker cannot open because no locations from which
to choose objects could be found."

But when I try to do the same thing one the main server,
it has no problem. Why? How can I fix this problem?

Thank you for your help. But I check my system with the
three documents, and found the configuration is correct.
But why still got the same error when try to add the user
to a group?

It can also happen if some app replaced some of the system dlls. Try
running sfc \scannow on your system. That will cause the system to checked
for mismatched dlls.
