GMan Email Formatting App

A couple of years ago, I downloaded a small third party program named GMan
(or G-Man). I used it to reformat many email messages, removing the
brackets < and clarify the text a bit. I have lost my copy. Anyone have a
copy you can email to me, or tell me where I can find it?
