Remote Assistant Invitation problem

Hi All,

From some reason when I get an e-mail for a Remote Assistant Invitation the file is not recognized by my Windows XP professional. The same could happen when I sent other users such an Invitation.

What could be the problem?

Thanks,

Joe

------------
The Invitation has the generic name: RcBuddy.MsIncident,
this file is read by

C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\BINARIES\HelpCtr.exe

if RcBuddy.MsIncident is the first incident.

However, if it is not the first, it must be renamed to:

RcBuddy.MsIncident1, RcBuddy.MsIncident2, etc... that can not be read by:

C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\BINARIES\HelpCtr.exe

The last RcBuddy.MsIncidentX, must be renamed to simply RcBuddy.MsIncident
