Remote Assistance

I am trying to connect to another computer via Remote Assistance... I click
on Invite to invite them into my computer... a dialog box comes up stating
the invitation has been accepted.. then says it is waiting to connect... but
then it disappears and the other user receives this error message on their
computer:
Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the remote
host name could not be resolved. Please try again.

What are we doing wrong?
Please help!

I don't think thsi reading will help. I have used remote assistance
successfully in the past, and I have tried everytjing in these suggested
readings:

opened up port 3398 in my router
my firewall exceptions include "remote desktop" and also "remote assistance"
disabled teh firewall

I can get remote support from people (i.e they can see my desktop), but I
cannot give support (I cannot see their desktop). I have tried it with
several people.

I have also tried it with two of my PCs (a laptop and a desktop) in two
different locations. In each case:
-- I accepted the remote assistance invitation
-- Dialog: "remite assiatance loading"
-- Dialog:"Remote Assistance Failed. Try again."

Thank you, but unfortunately it didn't help. There is a thread focusing on
this specific issue
in the "Windows XP working remotely" newsgroup.
