Remote Assistance

For quite some time I have been searching for a solution to a problem I
am having with Remote Assistance. If I send an invitation, the
recipient has no trouble opening it, viewing and taking control of my
computer. If they initiate the invitation however, I can never open it
to view their computers. Each time, I get the following message in a
dialog box:

"Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the
remote host name could not be resolved. Please try again."

I have made certain that:

1. Their firewalls are disabled.
2. The settings in My Computer/Properties/Remote are checked to allow
Remote Assistance on both machines.
3. There are no routers involved.

In my attempts to solve this problem, I have discovered that it is a
common problem. Does anyone have the "magic" solution for this?

Your help will be very much appreciated.

How are you sending the invitation? Is the other user behind a hardware router?
