Remote Assistance Question

Hi All,

I always get the below message when another user is trying to Invite me via the MSN. That user is using Windows Vista and I am using Windows XP Propessional.

The invitation from Joe Smith to start Remote Assistance was declined because the program is disabled or is not installed on your computer.

Any idea how to resolve it is apprecaited.

Thanks,

Joe

Hi Joe

I believe you need to update your terminal services client to version
6. You can get the update from here -->

Hope it helps!

p.s. please note thought that some features on vista (like pausing a
session) will not work in xp
