I want to select all paragraphs in my document having a particular style.
This is what i do. open the styles pane. In document click in the paragraph
of the style I am interested in. Click on the down arrow next to style.
However the option to "select all" (paragraph having style) is greyed out and
not available. How can I get it back?
I have recently re installed 2 versions of word 2002 on two new machines
running Vista. Neither can select all paragraphs. Is it something to do
with Vista?

Make sure that "Keep track of formatting" is checked in Tools | Options,
Edit tab.
