Windows installer pops up on login.

I have a Compaq system that has a problem when the user
logs on the system. The Windows installer pops up like if
its installing software. After a few seconds it goes away.
I can press the cancel button a few times and it will go
away and I see this Windows installer pop up even if I
logon as an administrator.

Any ideas?

Use tip 2620 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com to find where it is
starting from and then delete it.
