After installing a program recently, the windows installer window keeps
popping up during boot and shutdown for a few seconds. Small window that
says Windows installer and it says installing inside it and just has a
cancel button (which does nothing when pressed). It goes away, does not
seem to be affecting anything. Also flashes briefly on screen during normal
use. It is annoying, any idea how to get rid of it? XP with SP2 with all
recent updates
