Window media player

When I try to view a video clip from the internet you can
see the picture it constantly blinks. I tried dvds and
everything else it works fine just when i try to view a
clip from the internet it constantly blinks. I have
uninstalled it and reinstalled and even updated to wmp
9.1 series nothing has worked. If i could get help with
this I appreciate it.
