cd burning

Hi.
Using xp media player,
I create a burn list. It does pending then burn to disc then finalizing.
Light on cd burner is just blinking away.
Then when I try to play disc. Doent even recognize its there. And neither
does itunes or real player. settimgs? Appreciate any info. Thanks

Which version of WMP ?
