win media player problem

When I try to listen to music clips on websites such as Amazon using Win.
media player, I get a HTTP 404 "this page cannot be found" error. Media
player works fine when I am just playing songs and not on the internet. I
tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't help. This is driving me
crazy!! Please help!!

Open WMP9 Series,then open tools,in the new window select,"connect to
the internet".
