win media player problem

When I try to listen to music clips on websites such as Amazon using Win.
media player, I get a HTTP 404 "this page cannot be found" error. Media
player works fine when I am just playing songs and not on the internet. I
tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't help. This is driving me
crazy!! Please help!!
 
Open WMP9 Series,then open tools,in the new window select,"connect to
the internet".
 
please could you help me with my media .because it can play but i don't know
what happen please help me.
