Windosw XP Fax Service Repair

This solution by DAVID MURPHY is great. I just spent all day trying
to get the check mark to stick in my Fax service!! And he had the
answer!! I expect lots of other people would be thrilled to find his
solution!! THANKS!!

1. Click on the Windows Start Menu.

2. Click Run.


3. Type esentutl /p %windir%\security\database\secedit.sdb in the
Open
box, and click OK.


4. Install IIS through the Control Panel Add/Remove Windows
Components
applet.


And Bob's your uncle
