Win2K Server SP4 upgrade

During update of my Win2k Server with SP4 via the web
upgrade process, I get the following error: Setup failed
to remove ism.dll script mappings. Service Pack setup will
abort. Any ideas with getting around this issue.

Hi Jay,

Try disabling IISAdmin and W3SVC in Services, reboot the machine and attempt
the SP4 installation.

Ken,
We have tried the recommendation that was mentioned in the
post below. The machine that we are having this problem
on is the second machine in a cluster. Do you have any
other suggestions on how to get around this issue?
