Hi Sandro,

Stop and disable the IIS Admin World Wide Web Publishing service and FTP
Publishing services. Then try the Service Pack install.

Hello

I am getting exactly the same message as Sandro. The
setup is Windows 2000 server with service pack 3;
original installation was W2K Small Business Server.
Can anyone assess the significance of the problem? Can
anything be done manually to work around this?

Any help much appreciated.

Best wishes
