Win 2K Server SP4 installation error

During update of my Win2k Server with SP4 via the web
upgrade process, I get the following error: Setup failed
to remove ism.dll script mappings. Service Pack setup will
abort. Any ideas with getting around this issue.

jay, you may not want it to complete...

look at all of these people have the same problem with
completed updates...
is it worth it??
