sp4 fails to install

When installing sp4 to WIN2000 Server, after installing
all files while "Running Processes after install" I get
sp4iis message that "Required dll not found" (OK) followed
by "Setup failed to remove ism.dll script mappings.
Service Pack Setup will abort." Can anyone help?

I am getting the same problem installing SP4 on SBS2000.
I get a message: C:\Winnt\sytem32\netsat.exe is open or
in use by another application. Then when I hit retry it
doesn't do anything. I have tried several times to
install with no luck. Jeff G
