Win2k SP4 Failure

SP4 fails to install with the following error
message..."Setup failed to remove ism.dll script mappings.
Service pack setup will abort." Thanks Bill! I removed IIS
and reinstalled to no avail. Any help/ideas/suggestions
would be appreciated.

Hi / I'm getting the same error.. I tried to install in

safe mode / got same error.. also " unable to connect to
metabase".. I have lls on my machine also. It was instaled
prior to attempted service pack update.
