W2k sp4 express fails?

Trying to install W2K SP4 Express but it fails at
installing files. The error message reads as followed:
SP4iis-Required dll not found and set-up failed to remove
ism.dll script mapping. Service Pack will abort. Also,
in the event log states: "Unable to connect: Windows is
unable to connect to the Automatic Updates service
therefore cannot download and install updates according to
the set schedule.

You might want to download the Network Install of SP4 and apply that one. It
can be downloaded from here:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/downloads/servicepacks/sp4/default.asp

It is available in several languages and about 130 MB. It can also be
ordered on CD (Shipping+Handling charges apply). For more info see above.
