Usb Mass Storage Device/Driver Not There

Hello, before I begin I would like to point out that I amâ€

Running Windows XP Home
My computer is compatible with USB 1.1 and 2.0
My problems were not there before I formatted my computer

Recently I formatted my computer due to a "lingering" update. I have installed all of the programs I had and am now up to the point of installing my hardware. I have installed all of my hardware except my "Belkin Flash Card Reader/Writer" and my "Nikon CoolPix2000 digital camera"

Is there a download that will set up the Windows Xp Home Usb Mass Storage Device/Drivers

I know that it isn't the camera or the reader to blame as they work on my brother’s laptop. I have gone into device manager and I have no occurrence of an Usb Mass Storage Device/Driver under the Universal Serial Bus controllers

I do have..
2 x ALi PCI to USB Open Host Controller
1 x Generic USB Hub
1 x USB Printing Support
2 x USB Root Hub

But no Usb Mass Storage Device/Driver

Can someone out there help me please
