Ok y'all, I am looking on my Device Manager and it has a little yellow thing
over my USB mass storage and it says "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"
any ideas on how to get it to work!?!?

You will have to install the driver. If the USB controller is on-board
then the Motherboard disk should have the drivers. If it is an extra
card it should come with the driver CD. If the machine came with the OS
pre-installed, the driver should have been pre-installed too.

Can you tell us a little more about the machine?

Uninstall the device in Device Manager then disconnect it.

Reboot the computer and then reconnect the device.

Good luck

Wot Ron Martell said. In addition, you may be asked if you want to allow
the OS to connect to the Internet for a driver. You could give that a
try and see if Microsoft have a driver......
