Update Registry

My daughters machine crashed with a boot virus. I cleaned it up and
reinstalled win2000 but into another directory so that I did not overwrite
all her settings (because she did not know what they were). Can I get her
old application settings into the registry without reinstalling all the apps
which are still on the computer? I tried it on my own, but ended up having
to run setup all over again. Help please! Thanks.

You'll need to reinstall the applications.
