When i turn the machine on a particular folder (c:/program files/internet/)
apears. It isnt in my startup folder and doesnt appear in msconfig - Any
ideas anybody?

Similarly, my daughter did SOMETHING, and now I get this when I startup:
c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running
MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the
application.

Can someone tell me what happened and how to get rid of this?? Thanks

Go to folder options..view tab and make sure "restore previous folder
windows at logon" is not checked.
