Program in Startup Folder starts twice

I just joined the World Community Grid which put the UD Grid Agent in the
Startup folder. However, when I restart the system I get a window saying
"Another instance of the Grid Agent is already running". When I look in the
Startup Tab on msconfig, I see two entries for World Community Grid Agent.
The location for one is "common startup" while the location for the other is
"startup". If I remove the World Community Grid Agent from the Startup
folder, both of the entries in msconfig go away. What is "common startup"
versus "startup" and why do I have entries in both locations?

if you go start - all programs - startup and here there is an icom for that
program that means that the program is going to be open every time you login
to the account.
Now if you see the program in msconfig that mean that the program will run
in the background like the antivirus does
my sugestion delete the one in the startup folder

Unfortunately, when I remove the program from the Startup folder, both
entries for the program disappear from the Startup tab in msconfig. So, it's
either two entries in the msconfig startup tab when I put the program in the
All Programs Startup folder or no entries in the msconfig startup tab when I
remove the program from the All Programs Startup folder.
