Startup folder problems

When i turn the machine on a particular folder (c:/program files/internet/)
apears. It isnt in my startup folder and doesnt appear in msconfig - Any

Fractured Registry key - File paths that include Spaces must be
bound by Quotation marks, so XP can process the full path. If
the path is to an executable, it won't run. Instead XP will open
the pathname in Explorer.

Check the run keys in the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
