text not being sent from printer to ms word

I am unable to copy text from the printer and send it to
windows word, all that can be sent is "BMP" from
printer. How do i get text from the printer to windows

Sorry? What do you mean by "copy text from the printer"? You send
text *to* the printer, not get it from there.

If you meant 'from scanner' you need OCR software to recognise the text
prior to it arriving in Word.
