Strange Welcome Screen Issue

A

I have a very strange problem with my computer. When I start my computer, it
boots fine until the Welcome Screen. Then, at the Welcome Screen, it will
automatically reset itself if I do not log in fast enough. I have about a
minute from the time the screen appears to the time the login sound plays. If
the login sound does not play after a minute, it resets itself. If the login
sound does play, then the computer works fine. I also tried this in safe
mode, but in safe mode it does the same thing, only I have only about 10
seconds, which is not enough time for me to click on the appropriate user
account. Because of the pattern it follows, I have ruled out hardware issues.
I have also scanned my system several times from outside of Windows and have
found nothing. Sometimes when this happens, the event log becomes corrupt,
but when it does work, it logs the following errors:

Service Control Manager Error None 7000 N/A LAGESSE-1073BCF The RAM Driver
service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

Service Control Manager Error None 7000 N/A LAGESSE-1073BCF The Extra Driver
service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

I do not know what these messages mean and I am getting very frustrated.
Also, I have tried reinstalling Windows using the Repair option, but that has
not worked. The only option I can think of that I have left is to do a
complete reformat/reinstall, but I do not want to do that becuase it is a
lengthy process. Please help, I am getting very frustrated. The following is
my complete event log:
