Did I just ENABLE a trojan?

OK, I may have F***ed up here please read

Started with this event being recorded LITERALLY every 10 seconds..

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7001

I enabled TELEPHONY and the Error went away BUT it now is doing the
following

Event Type: Information
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7036
Description: The Remote Access Connection Manager service entered the
running state. For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Followed by this
Event Type: Information
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7035
Date: 5/8/2007
Time: 11:48:47 AM
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM

Description: The Remote Access Connection Manager service was
successfully sent a start control.For more information, see Help and
Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Did I just turn ON some Virus/Trojan/Keylog info sender???

There is nothing in there that indicates a Trojan or Virus.
