My new Dell M90 laptop with Windows XP Professional SP2 is showing the

How do I correct the problems, I look forward to receiving your help?

If you are running the burner type: Roxio Creator, I suggest reinstalling the
burner software, and restart the system several times.

Thanks for your help.

In "Services" I disabled NTRU and the problem stopped, because NTRU is not
listed in "Add or Remove" I now need to find the "Uninstall" for it.

Regards David.
