Remote Access Connection Manager

Windows XP Professional SP3.
Hi,
I am getting two repeated errors in event viewer and can find no information
to help. I have copied the two errors and would appreciate any help.
Everything seems to be working fine but I hate to see dozens of red crosses
in there.

when this happen, I mean we need a case/scenario. Is it while trying to
connect to the internet or update application.
How do you connect to the internet and is it just cropped up?

Check if the service set to manual in services control panel by doing this:
Open Start >> Run >> Type in:
services.msc click [OK] on the services control panel, locate RAS and see
its properties and make it start Manual.
