Stop: c000021a {Fatal System Error}

After running Windows Update, my W2K server bluescreens as
the mouse cursor appears with the following error:

Stop: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The session manager initialization system process
terminated
unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x00000000,
0x0000000)

The only MS doc i could find relates to NT4 and the fix is
the replace a certain file with NT4 SP2, obvioulsy this
doesn't apply to my setup...

any idea anyone, i am getting desperate!

Hi Chris, yes I managed to fix this by doing a W2K Repair from the CD.
