When I do a soft restart on windows xp sp2
I get the BSOD saying:
STOP: c000021a {FATAL SYSTEM ERROR}
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with
a status of 0xc0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.

What could be causing this?
There are no registry additions refering to mmcf32.sys in the reg

I am not clear why you refer to "mmcf32.sys"? Is the file name misspelt?
