send/receive icon

The send/receive icon has disappeared from my toolbar in Outlook 2003. What
do I do to recover it. I already tried re-intalling the program in the repair
mode.
 
The send/receive icon only appears after you set up your accounts. Go to
Tools>Email Accounts to set them up again.
