Vista Tasktray Icon Stuck on Send/Receive Envelopes

Any idea how to fix this? Lately when Outlook goes into Send/Receive, the
envelope icon appears in the Vista tasktray, but does not go back to the
Outlook icon when the Send/Receive has completed. Instead it gets stuck in
envelope mode.

However, if I wipe the cursor over it, it flicks back to Outlook each time.
Not sure if this is a Vista or Outlook 2007 bug.

I have done a Repair install on Office 2007 and rebooted many times but no
change. Any ideas appreciated?
