I am trying to set up remote with another computeron other side of world. My friend wanted me to have a look t hers, so she invited me through remote. Both computers firwalls are down and also the ports have been matched. We are trying through email as she does not have MSN installed on her puter. We have srt the ports to 3385 as by the instructions but still get this message that" could not resolve host name". Could somebody please help us connect. Her is a stand alone using xw home and mine is xp pro. My setup also is thru a 4 hub router but as I was saying, there are no firwalls
Please help as computer might end up as boat anchor in back pool!
