Remote OS Installation Problem

Hi,

This is the senario,

I am running a domain that consist of DHCP, DNS, WINS and Active Directory.
All native Windows 2000 server.

I just installed Remote Installation Service on the server running DHCP,
successfully run RISetup.exe and created the remote installation boot
floppy.

However, upon booting up the client computer, receive error message
"No reply from a server. Press any key to reboot system".

Event viewer in the RIS server that also runs DHCP states :
"BINLSVC. Event ID 1046. The BINL service has been notified by the DHCP
service that it is not authorized to run on this server. BINL will not
respond to client request."

However, according to Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 221484 :
"If your RIS server and DHCP server are on the same system, these steps can
be skipped because the server has already been authorized."

I can't authorized my RIS server as it is has the same IP as my DHCP. I even
unauthorized and re-authorized my DHCP server. No success.

Need help.

Regards,
Hairuddin
