DHCP Server Error

Exactly once an hour we're getting an error with the Event
ID 1051 -- The DHCP/BINL service has determined that it is
not authorized to service clients on this network for the
Windows domain: xxxx.stoughtonutilities.com.

Any ideas as to where I look to get this problem resolved?
