de-authorize dhcp

I have several DHCPs servers in several sites in my organization and they
since a week ago deauthorize themselves, and in event veiwer shows me this
event, with event id 1051:

The DHCP/BINL service has determined that it is not authorized to service
clients on this network for the Windows domain: corporativo.posadas.com.mx.

I use Win2k SP4 in all servers, and the servers are domain controllers.
Any suggestion to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated

How's your name resolution between sites? You need to have a solid DNS
infrastructure and near-perfect name resolution between sites, because if a
DHCP server can't re-authorize itself with a domain controller it will shut
down.

In each site there are 2 domain controllers ( DHCP server is DC itself ) and
a Global Catalog. DNS is also configured in each site.
