System log errors

I've got two errors in event log that I don't understand. Running a small
W2k AD domain. This client is a Win2k SP4 server as is the domain
controller. I have a feeling about the first one being that we have a DHCP
server running on the network that's not authorized by the domain--which is
fine for now, but thoughts on how it may affect us down the road would be
appreciated...

System Log:

The DHCP/BINL service has determined that it is not authorized to service
clients on this network for the Windows domain: domain.net.

The value named IRPStackSize in the server's Registry key
LanmanServer\Parameters was invalid. The value was ignored, and processing
continued.

Thanks, Doug...

The value is set to hex value of 6. Shall I change it to decimal 15?
What's the difference?

Incidentally, there is no noticeable problem with the machine other than
what's in the error log.
