DHCP/BINL service has determined that it is not authorized to serv



This happens every Monday that I come into this message. It only started
happening recently. The server is Windows 2000 with SP4 installed and worked
for at least the last year and a half that I have been here without any
problems. With no changes other than Windows Updates and possible hardware
(longshot) and no other servers with the DHCP service being brought online
how can this error message fixed.
