Remote Assistance Problem

Trying to use Remote Assistance. Using MSM, we go thru the
invite/accept dialog and the attempt to connect begins.
Then it finally times out with the message "Remote
assitance connection could not be established because the
remote host name could not be resolved." Firewalls
disabled at both ends.

Hi,

If either system is behind a router, you will need to configure the router
for port forwarding on 3389 to the internal IP of hte systems being used.
