Remote Assistance

Hi I have been having trouble getting receipt of an invitation to remote
assistance but thanks to Andy's suggestion that we attach the invitation as a
file we have now got to the stage when i can get the invitation but but when
I try to accept this invitation after about 30 seconds I get a failure
message that tells me that Remote assistance connection could not be
established because the remote host name could not be resolved.
Can you tell me what this means and how to over come it?

Hi Andy or anyone who can help I have an update. This morning after turning
off the antivirus on both machines I had no trouble taking control of my
friends machine but after timing out we tried it all again and have had no
luck except the message host name cannot be resolved. I have read your advice
to another with the same problem about saving the attachment and opening with
Notepad and adding bits to it but that seems rather invloved for a poor
silver surfer. My question is that if it has worked once then what went right
then and now what is going wrong now and how can I resolve this? If I have
to edit in notepad then I will try that but I do not understand waht I am
doing!
