I am using Windows XP, but my friend in need of my help is using Windows Vista.
Being unfamiliar with Vista myself, it's hard to understand what he sees as
he explains it to me over the phone.
We have the same problem with connecting with Remote Assistance; I have
successfully send him an invitation, to test Remote Assistance is working
properly.
But now, _he_ is the one who needs to send _me_ an invitation.
Can anyone give me a very basic step-by-step guide to explain how he can
mail me an invitation?
(I understand the application on Vista is not called 'Remote Assistance'
but, something along the line of 'Remote Connection..')
I'm sorry if this question seems vague or ill-written, I'm rather confused
myself @_@
Many thanks,
Jonathan
