Remote Assistance connection problem

Kevin

I want to use Remote assistance in a domain enviromnet for
troubleshooting issues. All stations are Windows XP SP1.
I have enabled this in Group Policy on the Domain under
AdministrativeTemplates\System\RemoteAssistance, under
that I have enabled the settings for
"Solicited Remote Assistance"
"Offer Remote Assistance" I am able to send the invitation
& open it but it gives this message when I try to execute
the remote session "Remote Assistance connection could not
be established. Please try again." I read through some KB
articles & checked the registry on the local machine & it
shows under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\OLE &
the string Value = Y. Am I missing something here?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a router or other NAT-based device between the "requestee"
and the "helper" computers?
