recover picture format jpg.,etc from deleted outlook express

i deleted an attachment from outlook express can i get it
back . im not sure what the format is it might be a jpg,
jpeg, gif. i treid using DBXtract.exe but that seems to
recvoer just text file?

How badly do you need to get it back?
