jpg pictures

Can anyone help me with this problem. only recently in outlook express when
I open an attachment which is a jpg it seems to open in one of the programs
I have installed...labelmaker.all my jpg files seem to open like this now.
I have went to Labelmaker thinking I might find the problem there but I
cannot find anything..
It is only happening when I am in outlook express..

I have done as instructed but nothing has changed. don't know if I have done
it properly..I am not very good at things like this...

In IE, Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab, under Multimedia is Show
Pictures checked?
