How to copy and paste photo's on to PCR Forums

I attempted to download photo's on this site but all that went on is the following to PCR page was this:-

Can someone please in simple terms tell how I do this so you see the photo's.

When you want to start a new thread or add images to a thread hit the " Upload a file " button to add your images.
