Receiving fax

I am using BVRP fax program which came on my Dell desktop. Worked perfectly
until now, Can send fax... no problem. Will no longer receive one. Message
says, "Couldn't find proper speed match." Tried unloading and reloading
program from disk. Any other suggestions?
