Problems with support and help etc.

I have a problem on my dator, WinXP, I see "page not found" message if
i browsing Support and Help Centre. Also see a "Server is taken -
Switch to, Retry, Abort" message after inlogon.
not sure what the message say in the shortest part but is it something
similar to that.
 
Have you tried going online with Internet Explorer and then selecting
Help and Support.
